This allows the horse or farm owner to get acquainted with his or her chosen Service Provider and share some important information such as:

  • Where tools, feed, blankets, and medication are located
  • Go over routines, care instructions, and turnout
  • Go over emergency contacts, access, and procedures
  • Explain any special needs or behaviorial insights regarding the horses
  • Assess handling skillset and temperment of the Service Provider
  • Decide whether it is a good match between the Service Provider and your horses or livestock

After your Service Provider approves of your booking, feel free to message in the Stableworx chat to set up a date and time to meet. Service Providers do not charge for these "Meet & Greets"

Virtual Initial Barn Tours may also be booked- message your chosen Service Provider, set up a time to schedule the video chat barn tour, then click the Video Chat link (it can be found on the Service Provider's listing or class page) at the scheduled time.

Please see our Barn Tour Best Practices guidelines and checklists here.

Please refer to our Terms of Service for more information before booking or providing a service.
