How to Book Multiple Dates & Visits

Listings for drop-in services are set up a few different ways on Stableworx.

For drop-in horse care visits, you're able to book through a Stableworx Pro's availability calendar.

Make sure to also chat with your prospective Stableworx Pro before booking to confirm their availability. Many leave their calendar marked as always available, but they may have something that came up or are going away on specific days or times.

A service provider may have up to four listings for drop-in horse care that could fall under any or all of the following types:

1. By the hour (single visit- one visit per day)
2. By the day (one visit per day- consecutive days)
3. By the day (two visits per day- consecutive days)
4. By the night (overnight- consecutive nights)

You're able to book consecutive days or nights depending on your needs: 

Unfortunately, you won't be able to book a single visit in addition to your consecutive days or additional nonconsecutive days under one transaction. This is a new feature we are currently working on and will roll out soon.

Our workaround for this is as follows:

Example: 

You would like to book a Stableworx Pro to care for your horses while you are away for the weekend. You will need him or her to stop by for Friday PM, Saturday AM and PM, and Sunday AM only. You do not need them to stay overnight. 

You'll have four bookings to make:

1.) By the hour (single visit- one visit per day) for Friday PM

2.) By the day (two visits per day) for Saturday AM & PM

3.) By the hour (single visit- one visit per day) for Sunday AM

When scheduling, it's always a good idea to leave the specific date(s), times, and details related to the specific booking you are placing in the message box to your service provider.
